Beginning at 3/4" pipe found on the Westerly right-of-way line of Whitesview Circle (50' R/W), said pipe being 226.34'± from the center line of Waterway Drive, said pipe also being a common property corner for this lot and Lot No. 67; thence running with said common property line for this lot and Lot No. 67, S 82°-37'-29" W - 100.00 feet to a 3/4" pipe found, said pipe being a common property corner for this lot, Lot No. 67, 73 and 74; thence turning and running with said common property line for this lot and partially with Lot No. 74, N 07°-22'-31" W - 73.66 feet to a point; thence continuing, a curve to the left, with an Arc distance of 22.23 feet, a Radius of 270.25 feet and a Delta angle of 04°-42'-45" to a 3/4" pipe found, said pipe being a common property corner for this lot and Lot No. 69; thence turning and running with said common property line for this lot and Lot No. 69, N 77°-54'-49" E - 100.00 feet to a 3/4" pipe found on said Westerly right-of-way line of Whitesview Circle, said pipe also being a common property corner for this lot and Lot No. 69; thence turning and running with said right-of-way line, a curve to the right, with an Arc distance of 30.45 feet, a Radius of 370.25 feet and a Delta angle of 04°-42'-45" to a 3/4" pipe found; thence continuing with said right-of-way line, S 07°-22'-31" E - 73.66 feet home to the point and place of beginning, containing 10,000 square feet of land, be the same, more of less, as surveyed and shown on a plot prepared by Theodore B.
