A Lot Survey establishes all corners and property lines of the subject property, to include finding or setting monuments. Material used for setting property corners would be a 5/8” diameter x 28” long rebar, capped with our state license number. Next to rebar, a wood witness stake would be driven to witness the property corner (5/8” rebar with cap).
