DNREC Permit Survey
DNREC Permit Survey establishes all corners and property lines of the subject property, to include finding or setting monuments. Material used for setting property corners would be a 5/8” diameter x 28” long rebar, capped with our state license number. Next to rebar, a wood witness stake would be driven to witness the property corner (5/8” rebar with cap). In addition to identifying the boundary, out buildings will be located to include Dwelling, Garage, and/or Shed. Also included, full topographical survey (1' contour intervals), spot elevations, capture and plot adjacent dwellings, establish DNREC Building Restriction Line, current FEMA flood zone determination, plan and profile views, horizontal datum: NAD '83, vertical datum: NAVD '88
